Estimates given by phone, text or from photos are approximate. The final price is confirmed on site after diagnosis and before any repair or installation work begins.
Scheduling and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Arrival windows are estimates and may shift because of weather, traffic or earlier jobs.
Diagnostics and repairs
A diagnostic fee may apply to service calls. We explain what we find and quote any repair before starting it. Some repairs depend on part availability, and we’ll tell you about any delay up front.
Property access and condition
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your heating and cooling equipment, including attics, rooftops and electrical panels where needed. We take care to protect your property and will tell you about any concerns before starting work.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
